Just wondering if anyone else is having trouble viewing the content of the Business Efficiency Handbook. At the top & bottom of several pages I can’t view a line of the paragraph (its missing). I have changed margins – to no avail. I have now resorted to changing the font at the top & bottom of pages in order to capture the missing lines. There must be an easier way. Council is currently using 2003 – an upgrade to 2010 should happen in the next few months but until then I don’t really want to waste time ‘fiddling’ with each document and wondering if I actually do have access to all of the information I’m supposed to.
Hi Debbie. Sorry for not responding to this earlier but I have only just stumbled across this FAQ section. I have been having the same issue as you and have also had to adjust the margins of the page to see the "missing" text. Have no idea why this is happening but you are not alone :) Cheers Maryann C
Hi Melisa, hoping you can respond to this one! I sent my review for Chapter 1 in CCC and it bounced back to me for some reason. I did resend it several times so I hope you got it eventually. I think because I sent it from home instead of work may have had something to do with it although I don't know why. Please let me know if you got it.
